The Kosho sweater consists of rhombuses or spinels in half-patent and waves in garter stitch. The rhombuses or wavy lines can be accentuated depending on the choice of color. The sweater has batwing sleeves.
It is knitted from the center back up to the neckline and the sleeves are knitted at the same time. The neckline is created by omitting two rhombuses and can easily be adjusted in width during finishing. Knit from the neckline to the center of the front piece. Then stitches are picked up at the back and the sweater is knitted down in rounds. The outer sleeve yarns cover the back of the hand, they can be folded up if necessary and fastened with a loop and a button. The amount of yarn indicated is calculated for the short version (cropped), if you want to knit the Kosho sweater longer, you will need more yarn.
The pattern is available at Ravelry
