Ito-yuu / 糸遊 - playing with yarn - is worked from the top down. The neck is worked first back and forth, then joined and the back center cable is established. The yoke is worked in the round and the sleeves and body are separated at the underarm. The lower body is then worked in the round down to the hem, and is divided at the center back to create a slit, and the ribbing is worked back and forth. The sleeves are worked top down in the round.

4 (5, 5, 5, 6) (6, 7, 7, 8) x ITO Sensai (60% mohair, 40% silk - 20g ~ 240 m / 262 yds), shown in #330 White
Both yarns are held together.

Needles & Notions
ITO No. 8 号 (4.5 mm / US 7) circular needle 60 cm or longer
ITO Cable Needle, ITO Stitch Markers, ITO Darning Needle to weave in ends

Gauge
20 sts x 30 rows/rnds = 10 cm / 4” in stockinette stitch with both yarns held together after blocking
